General terms of reservation – what you must know about lodging’s reservation and confirmation.

Please read carefully the booking and cancellation’s terms below to avoid problems and misunderstandings.

• The prices can change according to the season and the special offers.
• The prices are set per day.
• All the prices written on the lodging’s table of charging are presented in € ( euro ). Taxes are not included in the price.
• The only direct and easy way to “lock” the written price as it appears on the table is to use your credit card through the automatic reservation’s system of our website.

Lodging’s booking via e-mail

• If the reservation is made via e-mail you will be charged the written price of the confirmation’s day.
• If the records of your credit card are incorrect or are not accepted by the bank, your reservation will be cancelled immediately.
• In order to book the lodging you have to leave your full name, your credit card’s number and its expiration date, as they appear on the card.
• The reservation will be made through charging the card with 30% of the whole amount. We will send you back the reservation’s confirmation with your name, the amount that you will have charged and the arrival and departure’s dates. You have to print it and present it at your arrival.
• The rest of the money will be paid at your arrival at the lodging.

Lodging’s reservation through telephone

• In order to book the lodging through telephone you have to follow the above steps but in this case you will have to deposit the 30% of the money at our bank account, which will be given you. You will have to send us the deposit’s receipt and we will send you back the reservation’s confirmation with your name, the amount of charging and the arrival-departure’s dates. The rest of the money will be paid at your arrival.
• Identity card or passport is required to be presented at you arrival at the lodging.
• You must not be under 18 years old to make a reservation.

Conditions of arrivals and departures

• Arrival’s time: 15:00
• Departure’s time : 12:00

Cancelling a reservation

• Please inform us about changes or cancellations as soon as possible, so extra charges will be avoided.
• The cancellation of your reservation must be done at least 30 days before your arrival to avoid extra charges.
• If you cancel your reservation within the fifth and the tenth day you will be charged the 50% of the whole amount of money.
• If you cancel your reservation within the second and the fifth day you will be charged the 75% of the whole amount of money.
• If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours you will be charged the whole amount of money.
• We accept Visa/MasterCard and Pay pal.

Information about the safety of transactions through your credit card

• In order to use the electronic reservation’s sheet of our website, you have to fill in the exact information as it is on the card. To ensure the payment you have to use a safe browser, ( Windows Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla ), which supports SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer ), electronic register necessary for electronic payment.
• The SSL register the information that is exchanged during the payment through our server so as the process will be secure.
• Your personal data will be safe.
